How to Use Astrology to Make Deeper Connections and Compassion: Astrology 101 is an overview of what astrology is and how to use it to create better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself. When you understand that others do not think, act or interpret like you, you are more able to understand, have compassion and communicate in more effective ways.

A Grounding Exercise for Combining Earth Energy and Source Energy: As a guided meditation or stand alone practice, we use this practice to combine the light and love of Source energy (God Energy) with the healing and nurturing energy of Mother Earth.

Mantra Meditation: Use this simple meditation to quiet your mind and fall into the ease of focusing on a simple feeling or concept.

How to Use Food to Heal Chakra Energies: Food is medicine and colors of foods have a direct influence on creating more light and healing in our bodies. Learn about the foods, teas, supplements, plants and energies we can consume to help heal our chakra energy.

Leveraging Grief and Pain into Positive Energy and Purpose: How can you transform pain into purpose? We take you through an inner child exercise that allows you release more of the burdens you carry and direct them towards your dreams.
