When will the wine be shipped?
Please be patient as we embark on this massive new adventure! We anticipate the wines will be shipped out within 2 weeks of the purchase date via UPS Ground. We will send confirmation once it's on it's way to you!
How do I store the wine?
The rose can be chilled unless you are gifting a bottle or holding it for several months. Both varietals need to be in a temperature controlled area where it doesn't get too hot or too cold. Room temp is good. Also laying the bottles flat or upside down so the cork does not get dried out will help also!
If I join the Wine Club, what is next?
We are planning to release a Grenache Sparkling (in limited edition so first come, first serve) in April or May of 2024 along with another Paso signature Red Blend.
How do I get it if my State does not allow Alcohol Shipments?
This one is tough, if you can send it to a friend or relative you might be visiting soon or you may buy onsite at JJ's next event if there are any left!
